Fine dining can be had at Harvest 383 at the Novotel Forest Resort, the Lake House in Daylesford or just out of town at Sault Restaurant, at Sailors Falls, home to the near-famous 'ChillOut Slowest Lunch'.

Gourmet treats can be had at Cliffy’s Emporium a combined deli / café, so it’s up to you whether you eat right there or take your goodies home for later. If you want to feel especially virtuous while you eat or shop, then Harvest Organic Café will satisfy your inner greenie.
